How can rust and damage to equipment or components be prevented during ocean transport? What are the packaging standards?

All stainless steel components are coated with rust-preventive oil, exposed motors are sealed with a waterproof film, and the control system is vacuum-packed. The main unit is secured inside a fumigated wooden crate, with an outer layer of heavy-duty corrugated cardboard secured with steel strapping. Fragile parts (such as conveyor belts and nozzles) are packed separately in moisture-proof wooden crates, accompanied by a packing list. We have exported to over 40 countries, with a damage rate during sea transport of less than 0.5%.

What kind of support services do you offer?

We provide CE certification as standard, and can assist in preparing the technical drawings, material reports, and test data required for other certifications based on customer needs, allowing customers to coordinate directly with local certification bodies to complete the process.
